From Humble Beginnings

Bantug Real Estate Development Corporation (BREDC), is a family corporation established in February 6, 2006. Since then, we have gone on to create industrial, commercial and residential lots out of the farmland located in Alangilan, Bacolod City.

In 2009, in response to the government’s housing initiatives, the development of Golden Gate Hills, a four-hectare Socialized Housing Project began. This project targeted overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) professionals like engineers, teachers, nurses, and other employees.

The Bigger Picture

Bantug Lake Ranch opened publicly in 2013, located in the BREDC property, this daytime resort hosted a series of amenities and an eco-farm that grows and sells various crops such as vegetables, herbs, and poultry. The Lake Ranch features a man-made lake, a restaurant/ function hall, swimming pools, horseback riding, fishing, boating, and a playground.
 
In 2019, La Provincia Polo Club opened across from Bantug Lake Ranch. This two-hectare open space is a wide and well-manicured lawn that serves as a polo field, foot field, and events area.  This is known to be a one-of-a-kind attraction in Negros Island.

Fairfield Estates launched in 2021, a subdivision developed on BREDC property that caters to a holistic way of living for the Filipino who wants both the atmosphere of relaxed country life and the suburban feel of being located in Bacolod City.
